Mentoring365 is a free and global mentoring platform for the Earth and space sciences (ESS) community. It provides space for students and professionals to connect with each other to exchange ideas, create connections, and build a more inclusive ESS community.
Participants can build connections via the Mentoring365 platform and choose to engage virtually or in-person. You can customize the experience by choosing to participate in a one-time meeting or build a long-term mentoring relationship.
One-time Mentoring
Looking for quick advice or a one-time mentoring session? One-time mentoring provides single mentoring sessions where mentors and mentees can gain the benefits of a mentorship connection, no matter how booked their schedule is!
Long-term Mentoring
Looking to build a connection that lasts? Connect over 3 months with long-term mentoring. This plan allows mentors to make a bigger impact, and lets mentees get in-depth mentorship on the topics they care about!
